How To Treat Cramping In Lower Back And Gushing Fluid Through Vagina With History Of Partial Hysterectomy?
I had a partial hysterectomy in late 2008. For the last 5 days I have had painful cramping in my lower back and gushing fluid (sometimes clear but now becoming sticky white fluid). It doesn't smell, but I will completely wet through my panties and slacks and this is happening several times a day. What's going on?
Hi.If you had partial hysterectomy, then the indications and duration of getting pap smear remain the same. In your case, I will advise you to get pap smear, urine routine examination and a pelvic scan done. You may be having UTI, pelvic infection, urinary incontinence or cervicitis. Please consult your operating dr. and take advise. Thanks.
You will most certainly have to meet a doctor ma'am, this could be a fistula from the bladder to the vagina, a complication of the surgery resulting in adhesions and thus the complication, a pelvic organ prolapse, and so on. Please visit your doctor for a pelvic examination.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
