I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I would like to say you that if I would be your treating doctor then I would treat you with the following medicines 1) Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for 10 days, 2) Clindamycin lotion for local application on face for the complexion nothing can be done, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
