How To Treat Dark Spots On Skin Due To Acne?
Dear doctors..i am needing ur most kindly help, lastnite i pressed an acne, i was about to sleep, and it's bleeding. without thinking, i put dettol with cotton over it. and when i woke up, i histeria seeing my face having like black bruised cos the cotton and dettol that i put overnight. please suggest what best cream medicine i can use to get rid of that bruised color from face? please reply asap, thnak u so much

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dark spots on skin due to acne which is because clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected . You have severest form of acne on skin. I would suggest you to use face wash containing salicylic acid twice a day and apply cream containing azelaic acid which is natural extract and safe for use . Exfoliate your skin once in a week to remove the dead skin. Apply Adapelene gel once at night. Drink plenty of water. If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist again for proper diagnosis and to rule out any underlying condition . Doctor may prescribe isoteritenoin , steroid ointment or antibiotics course. Take Multivitamin supplements.
