How To Treat Deep Cuts On Knuckles, Without Stitches, After Sustaining An Injury?

Hey, so my friend has recently self-harmed himself by punching a cinder block and he cut his knuckles really bad. He tells me that the wounds are very deep but he can't go in to see a doctor due to get stitches or anything so is there anything he can do to help it heal properly?

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe if he don't want stitches, he can have cure by medicines it self. But it may take longer for healing.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such position, ofloxacin,
ornidazole, serratiopeptidase, diclofenac, and paracetamol and fucidic acid ointment.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods to avoid the pains of the injuries.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
