i am 47 year old blkack female. I weigh 184 pounds and i am 5 "8" tall. 3 years ago i was diagnosed with diabetes type2. 2 years ago i had hip replacement . I suffer with pain a lot in my legs. i have recently taken a blood test and the preliminary test indicates i have lupus. My sugar #s run from 40 to 500. Can diabetes and lupus be treated succesfully? The dr said it might also be fibromalgia.
History is insufficient. What drugs u r taking. why there is wide fluctuations in blood sugar. they can b treated simultaneously but choose drugs which have little effect on Diabetes. If u need to take steroids wide fluctuations may occur which can b controlled by insulin. Consult skin specialist and diabetes specialist
