i have been suffering from diarrhoea on and off..wth intermittnet abdominal pain and discomfort..
diaarhoea continuous fr 4 to 5 days..bt nw on alternate days.. with green stools nd flakes of mucous..
wat do u suggest as a dignosis.. ? cn i take metrogyl..i am afraid it cn itsef cause diarrhoea..

Diarrhea & pain is due to gastrointestinal infection.
If you are having fever too than i would suggest you some investigations.
-CBC,widal test.
If fever is not associated take,
Tab oflox oz 1 tab twice a day.
Tab pen40 1 tab twice a day.
As these medicines are not given without prescription consult to local doctor.
Diarrhea & pain is due to gastrointestinal infection.
