Hello,

You have diarrhea after eating outside food. Rule out bacterial or Parasitic enteritis by stool routine micro examination and culture if needed.

If stool shows pus cells and bacteria, then the antibiotic course is prescribed, and if stool shows parasites, then the anthelmintic drug like albendazole is prescribed.

Drink more water to maintain hydration. Drink ORS or vital Z like powder to maintain electrolyte balance. Avoid excess spicy foods, fatty foods and have more Fruit juice and semisolid diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
