How To Treat Dizziness After Feeling Chocking Of Throat?

About a week ago, I got a piece of almond caught in my throat and coughed intensively for several minutes until the particles cleared from my bronchial area. Breathing was fine. Thereafter, I noted that I felt dizzy and a bit disoriented. This feeling persisted for several days and got better. However, active exercise and moving my head around causes the symptom to return. Did I cough myself into a concussion? 55 year old male - 6' - 175 lbs. Thanks!

Hellow.Tracheobronchial foreign bodies cause chocking sensation respiratory distress if removed by bronchoscopy 100 0/0 cure otherwise respiratory distress & death can occur.Howere diziness (vertigo) cannot be because of it.It can be due to cervical spondylosis,or inner ear lesion called labyrinthits.Should consult E.N.T specialist.hope my answer will help you.
