How To Treat Ear Pain Noticed While Plugging In Ear Plugs?

Hi, I recently noticed when I was putting my earphones in to listen to music, that the concha on my right ear hurts? When the earphones bumped into it, it pained severely, and it only hurts when something makes physical contact with it. What could be the problem?

Constant wearing of ear plugs can cause otitis externa.

for healing, avoid wearing ear plugs, visit an ent surgeon for ear antibiotics. avoid water per ear, stop cleaning or scratching ear.
