How To Treat Earning,necklace Wearing And Pony Tail Putting Up,cigarette Smoke Mediated Headache?

Hello . Um My question is why when I wear , Necklaces , earrings, Hair Clips, or when I put my hair in a pony tail I start to get a headache by my ears then neck then to my head ? Also when I have a headache and I m around cigarette smoke it pulses bad . Why

Hello.
It is not unusual for headaches to be triggered by the things you mention.
The best and simplest solution is of course to avoid the triggers. As to "why" these trigger your headaches, I don't believe the phenomenon is well understood. There is no particular reason to be greatly concerned, however. In fact, most headache sufferers would be thrilled to know exactly what they need to do, or avoid doing, in order to prevent their headaches.
