How To Treat Elevated Vaginal Discharge?

i have an increased amount of vaginal discharge, so much that i have to change underwear at least 5 times a day. it is my normal discharge, probably more watery than normal, and feels like a period would without the cramps. i also have extreme pain around the bottom opening of my vulva. i went to the hospital and the nurse just said it looks like i have a cut. unfortunatly our hospital does not give the best help and i was not even seen by the doctor. i was tested 2 weeks ago and was clean. i had sex with the same partner i had been having sex with that had not been with anyone else and assured me was clean also. so i am pretty sure this is not herpes. my clitorous is also inflammed as it would be with a yeast infection. this feels like a yeast infection almost, maybe an extreme yeast infection with a major cut, but i am unsure about the discharge. all of this has been going on since about wednesday. that day i had a yeast infection come up, took medicine, it started to go away i think. but wednesday i also pulled out my vibrator. i clean it every time with a spray on cleaner. but part of me is thinking that maybe it didnt get clean enough. i cant get in to my gyno for a week, and cant get in to my ob gyn for a month, and this is scaring me so i'm just looking for answers. i might add that i noticed today that the discharge started to have a very faint pink tint
