How To Treat Endometrial Thickening And Achieve Successful Conception?

Dear Drs. I have a pleasure to get such priviledge to ask something about our health problems. Now let me lay some query that my wife has Endometriosis patient. The following problems has been facing continuously, they are:-
Lower abdomen pain before mense and after. Constipation seriously.
She had done Laparoscopic Surgery at February, 2010. But now again its size is 32 mm at left and at right 28mm ovarian endometrioma seen. 39mm and 22mm peritoneal inclusion cyst seen on either side of right ovary.
The query is, will it success to do IUI in this condition? Is there any solution to solve her restless problem?
