How To Treat Enlarged Appendix?
Hi I had a laparoscopy today from my gyno I have have pain in my lower right ovary area and up towards my abdomen thought it was possible scar tissue from prev surgery a long time ago .only found only found a small amount. His pics turned out to show my appendix is longer than normalsuggested i go to a general surgeon with the pics for his diagnose.

The long appendix per se can cause pain only if it is kinked, twisted , curly, nodular or has fecoliths . On Laparoscopy one can fond teletele signs of adhesions or kinking . If all these are present you can get this operated and may give a relief
