How To Treat Enlarged Nasal Vein?

I have been diagnosed with enlarged nasal veins and they pulsate on each side of my upper nose close to the forehead. No one knows what to do about it. Is there someone that can help me. From aging now, the skin is lose and it looks like two bumps that pulsate. Thank You.

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

It looks like pulsating external aneurysm or some vascular malformation.

You need to do MRI and vascular studies. In some cases, wait n watch is the policy instead of vigorous treatment.
