How To Treat External Piles Condition?
Hello My wife she is suffering from external piles for a quite long time since she have lots of pain while she is passing stool so whats is the best way to clear it.can I give her creamaffin syrup to pass stool other thing she is feeding her small boy so kindly need your valuable advice thank you

Hi. Cremaffin syrup is o.k. to get loose or semi solid stool.She should not get constipated and not to strain. Also do sitz bath( sitting in warm water )and take some anti inflammatory. I will advise you to see a surgeon and get P/R ex.also You may use local anaesthetic jelly immediately before passing stool.
