My grandson is circumcised with six month age, wears pamper almost all the time. His penis is small and remains hidden in the pubic skin usually invisible while testicles appear normal size and visible.When skin is pushed back the small penis comes out for a moment. Dr;s opinion is that its due to thick fatty skin and penis will move out as soon the child will start walking. I have three sons and I know, they were healthier and more fatty than my grandson at this age.Is it abnormal,what to do?
