How To Treat Extreme Abdominal And Pelvic Area Pain With Urination Difficulty?

I woke up this morning in extreme abdomen and pelvic area pain I needed to urinate but couldn't after soaking in a hot bath I was able to urinate a little I went to the doctor and he checked my urine and it was clear , throughout the day it has gotten better but it still takes awhile of sitting on the toliet to urinate

Can be due to stone in urinary tract or an enlarged prostate.
U havent mentioned ur age & sex.
Drink plenty of water.
Get investigated & consult ur doctor.
