How To Treat Eye Exertion Post Surgery?

I had cataract operation last weel in left eye n it got 6by6. From. Negayive 18
Few weeks earlier on the other eye i got operated for silicon oil removal

After cataract , the eye with oil surgery, hurts a lot with slight exertion

It also gets red for no reason

It seems from the history that you are having redness and and exertion of eye following two surgeries in the form of cataract and silicone oil removal.
This requires examination to rule out complications following surgery like inflammation or secondary glaucoma which may be the reason for eye redness.
