How To Treat Eye Sensitivity To Light?

Hi my baby is 3 weeks and she has one eye sensitive to light, she doesn t open the eyelid like as much as the other eye, and the iris of this eye it looks to me a little smaller. the doctor said it s an eye infection but i read in internet that eye infection for 3 weeks it will be gone,

Eye infection usually presents with eye discharge, redness and sticky lids. If no such symptoms, and there is definite disparity in eye opening, it is better to consult an ophthalmologist.
