How To Treat Facial Spiny Keratosis/multiple Minute Digitate Hyperkeratosis Even Attached To Beard/eyebrows?
Hi! I am having spiny keratosis/multiple minute digitate hyperkeratosis all over my face and they are also attached to my hair follicles, mainly on my beard and eyebrows making the hairs fall out. I am seeing some regrowth and some not. I have been to many doctors who have given me many diagnosis ranging from seb derm, telogen effluvium, alopecia areata and I am just recently told what it is but didnt recieve anything further than that, no explination or treatment. What kind of treatment works for this? Will the treatment stop the hairloss ? I am so sad becuase I don´t now what to do anymore! I am only 20 and my life is about to begin, not end.

You might have developed lichen spinulosus.
It is a condition characterised by development of horny lesions any where on body.
Please apply a keratolytic cream like xerina or cotaryl.
This will help in reducing the lesions.
Also the skin will soften.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
