How To Treat Fibroids?

HI I am 31 yrs old lady having fibroids problem & having high stomech pain during my perids.I am told to take cyclopam tab whenever its impossible to suffer from pain .Is there any side effects of taking this tablets on continous basis insted of treating fibroids like surgery (removal of uterus)
