How To Treat Fissure On Hemorrhoids?
james greavette,84 health poor but 7under management i have a fissure on hemmorhoids, i have tried cream right up to diazamine gell (hand mixed) for the last 8 months no success, I qam now getting spasm which are very disturbin but do go away.

I would suggest you use a laxative to loosen your stools. You should also consider doing sitz baths three times a day. You can continue using the gel as well. As far as your diet goes, increase your fiber consumption.
