How To Treat Fluctuating BP Levels?

I have a sinking heart problem. My BP fluctuates. I have done ECG, ECO and ETT and all the results are fine. Doctors telling me its pure stress and anxiety. But the feeling of heart sinking at times is so profound that I wake up at night. Can you please share your opinion. Regards, M Zafar

Hi welcome to HCM
Your problem is related to stress ,since all your reports are normal.Avoid stress and anxiety.Exercise regularly as it will release endorphins which elate your mood.Take 3-4 litres of water per day.Drugs like propranolol and anti anxiety drugs ,pantoprazole will be helpful in your case.Eat fruits and vegetable salads, buttermilk, milk.Dont be panic.Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
Thankyou
