Regarding your concern, I agree with your doctor on the prescription of
Tazloc therapy.
As you refer, your blood pressure values have been over the upper limit of a normal blood pressure and anti-hypertensive therapy is needed.
I would recommend that besides a careful performing, some tests like: a routine blood tests,
kidney and
liver function tests,
thyroid hormone levels, blood sugar and blood electrolytes, should be performed, to exclude other causes of
high blood pressure.
I advise to reduce salt intake with food, avoid caffeine and perform a lot of physical activity. These are some tips to help you maintain a normal blood pressure.
You should closely monitor your blood pressure, and periodically consult with your attending physician on the maintaining therapy (to avoid low or uncontrolled high blood pressure).
