How To Treat Fluid Filled Bumps All Over The Body?

My husband , a 54 year old cystic fibrosis patient on dialysis is getting bubbles of fluid under the skin. They eventually go but leave a big pink piece of flesh skin where the bubble was. What can I use to keep his skin more elastic and supple? Same man had a small flat and lnd d on a tyre. The tyre stripped the top layer or tow of skin off the front of his leg. How do I protect this from infection and allow it to heal Regards Trish

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

As per your case history of blisters all over body, my treatment advice is:

1. Do not squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like Fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetirizine twice daily for 7 to 10 days.

If the problem persists, then consult a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
