Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of passing gas from rectum and vagina, sometimes through vagina alone which is odorless and have frequent
vaginal discharge which is odorless, you are not sexually active nor had any childbirth. Rectum is protruding out and now there is no
constipation or IBS at the moment, although was constipated in past.
As per the history your have provided, this seems to be unrelated problems as an atypical
vaginal infection can cause production of gas and odorless discharge.
I would advise you to Consult a Gynecologist for internal examination, have swab of vagina to be sent for tests and culture and sensitivity to get the proper diagnosis which helps in planning the proper treatment with an antibiotic and
Metronidazole, local applications or pessary insertions as may be required.
As for the rectal problem,
consult a General Surgeon and get the colonoscopy and biopsy to rule out any diverticuli or Crohns.
This will further help in proper management.
