Hello,

There are many causes for frequent cramps in abdomen and weakness:

1. IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome)
2. Food Intolerance
3. Anxiety
4. Menstrual Cramps
5. Malabsorption etcetera

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

If symptoms not improved, then please consult your gastroenterologist so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
