There are two possibilities in your case: 1. You have a urinary infection. It is common in females. I suggest that you get a urine examination and drink plenty of fluids to flush off the infection. Also you may need antibiotics to help control infection.
2. There is an injury or infection of the vagina or cervix and it may be ascending up. These are also common. The best test for these is a cervical and vaginal swab test and examination of the cervix by a gynecologist to look for infection or injury. The treatment is again antibiotics to control infection.
So I suggest you see your doctor and get yourself examined s well as a urine examination for infection. The future treatment will be decided according to the results of these examination and investigations.
