General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The condition can be due to recurrent cystitis most likely from E.Coli or other types of urinary bugs.

Kindly get a urine culture report and ultrasound examination of abdomen & pelvis which will help better treatment option in terms of best antibiotics and supportive care.

Till that time, drink plenty of liquids and consume citrus containing fruits with vitamin C content.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
