How To Treat Fungus Type Of Thing In Penis?

I got some fungus type thing in my penis. Its like black as an injury mark but looks like as a plant grows on something i.e. It doesn t hurt but I can pull it out easily & it seems like the part which was pierced in my penis has some very minor skin cells on it. the whole fungus type thing is of size a little o as in alphabets
