How To Treat Hair Loss?

hi doctor im 18 years old, and im suffering from hairloss and low density of hairs.im taking treatment for the same....but my mustache and facial hairs are not growing..my all colleagues has mustache..and i dont have..what should be the reason and how it should be treated??.. plz help me out

Hi,

As per your query, you have low-density hairs which seem to be due to genetic factor, fungal infection, and could be hormonal changes. Stress is an additional factor.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you consult a dermatologist for proper examination. The doctor may order skin patch test, blood test and physical examination. The doctor may also prescribe supplements like Vitamin A, Omega-3 and Vitamin E. You should massage on a daily basis with olive oil. Take Indian gooseberry powder (half spoon) with water once a day.
