Hi Doctor,
I am suffering from hairfall illness. i went to doctor and was asked to have zerosize haircut and use tugain solution daily two times. I am not using any oil, and most of the hair falls while during comb when it is wet. It is goood to use tugain solution?

Well come to HCM
If you are male person then this could be Male-Pattern-Baldness and the only option you have is Minoxidile 5% lotion and this need to be used for long time, hope this helps
