How To Treat Headache And Fever?

Hi my wife is 35 years old mother of 3 kids and she has lump on left side neck down and it has pain she has headeach and fever for the last almost 2 months and we been to doctor the doctor have done the injection for checking in labartory and will give me answere in a week that what is really is . I am her husband really worried what this might be is it just inspection and can get better with antibiotics or has to be better to do surgery so plz explain me what this might be and it can get better to do treat ment I hope it's not cancer I hate cancer plz explain

Hi welcome to HCM....

Here you have lump in lower left side neck....

I would suggest first to do FNAC from swelling to rule out its nature ....

If it is tumour than has to be removed and send for histopathological examination....

If it is tuberculosis like infection than akt needed ....For TB confirmation sputum examination and x ray done ...

So first your physical examination and FNAC done acvordingly than management done .......

Consult surgeon for this ...
