My 4 year daughter stated she hit her head on the floor. I didnt see it but she has been complaining of a headache. Last night I gave her motrin and she went to bed. This morning she was ok but now she is complaining again and now she is sleeping (nap) which she NEVER does. Should I be worried?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your question in detail and I know that you are very concerned about your child.
In case of trauma to head of child if there loss of consciousness, seizures, mouth or nose bleed or persistent vomiting, then there are chances of internal bleed or fracture.
If these things are not present, then chances of internal bleeding are minimal.
Pain at site of trauma may persist for few days.
An examination by neurosurgeon is a must.
I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
