How To Treat Headache?

I ve had a headache for two days now. I just woke up one morning with it. It hurts the most when I turn my head the wrong way, and I read online that sometimes their caused by neck muscle tightness, and I m beginning to think that what it is. It also hurts when I move my head to fast or get jostled unexpectedly. It s also worse in the mornings and evenings, but is always noticeble during the day. I ve never had a problem with headaches before and I rarely get them. Do you know what could be causing this?

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to arise from your cervical spine conditions.

Spondylosis, for example, is a possibility and is related mainly to degenerative changes of the spine with subsequent nerves involvement.

It is necessary to see your Doctor and to get evaluated in this direction with imaging studies too.

NSAID drugs and physical therapy may improve your condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
