Hi, welcome to our site. I am Dr Saumya Mittal, MD.
Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query
You have described the condition causing your headache very nicely. I am almost sure that you have either a
tension headache, or a
scalp irritation. I however wish you had described the headache a little more as to when it starts how long it remains, the exact locstion of the headache, and other associated features. That would have helped me pinpoint the diagnosis more accurately.
For your tension headache, I would suggest a relaxation technique like
yoga meditation etc. There are medicines, but if the techniques work, we can avoid the intake of a medicine
For scalp
sunburn, unfortunately we will have to wait for the scalp to heal. Just try to saty in cool environment and make sure your scalp remains clean
I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above/if any other so I can be of help further.
