Hello and welcome to health care magic.
First of all your history is incomplete. You have to mention whether you have pain associated with passing stools and whether you can feel any swelling coming out of the anus. Bleeding can be a sign of hemorrhoids but can be caused by numerous other reasons like anal fissure, fistula or even it can be bleeding from the Intestine.
My advice is to visit a Surgeon and let him have a look at your symptoms. He will do a per rectal examination and proctoscopy and test your stools for blood.
One more thing I want to add is that hemorrhoids are more related to constipation and over straining during defecation than passive smoking.
Hope this discussion will be helpful to you.
Thank you.
