How To Treat Hiatal Hernia?
have hiatal hernia but having pain in the left upper quad and left ribs feels as if it is pushing on the diaphragm, have lots of abd bloating and gas no matter what I eat and everyday diarrhea, also this pain is worse if I bend over or get in certain positions and also when I do yoga

Hello,
A hoatal hernia is managed by PPI ( proton pump inhibitors) medications like omeprazole
In case the hernia is large or the symptoms persist on PPi the surgery for the hiatus hernia is indicated.
