hello sir.....i m 30 yrs old..i have high sgpt ( 90), high uric acid ( 8), high bp sometimes 150, height 5ft6inch an weight 88kg...hypothyroid last reading 6.5......plkease suggest me how n what to do sir...to get rid of this situation...waiting.....thanks & regards.my email id is YYYY@YYYY
2. Boderline elevated SGOT and uric acid levels are seen because you are obese and you may be suffering form fatty liver. I suggest you to consult a physician who will do an ultrasound abdomen to look for fatty liver. If I were your treating physician I would have suggested you to have regular exercise and dietary modifications and rechecked your liver function tests and Uric acid after 3 months before starting you on any medications.
