General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

In your case, there are multiple factors:- elevated kidney level (probably raised creatinine levels)

There is concurrent infection with pus cells and also she is diabetic. Due to all these factors, the doctor is probably postponing the surgery until they can optimize and stabilize the patient for the surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ankit Chauhan, General Surgeon
