How To Treat Hunger Pangs,nauseous And Dizzy?

i feel get really weird random hunger pangs during the day when i'm not hungry, and it makes me feel really nauseous like i could be sick and I have been feeling dizzy and lightheaded a lot recently, i missed my period this month but i am definitely not pregnant.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Weird hunger prangs when not hungry, nausea and dizziness indicate that there may be problem with stomach, hyper-acidity or gastritis and ulcer.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get Blood sugar tested as diabetic are also known to get such problems; also get the routine tests of blood, stool occult blood and urine.
Ultrasound of abdomen.
Upper GI Endoscopy will be confirmatory.
Get started on a PPI like Omeprazole.
Antacid to be taken at three hourly intervals particularly when on empty stomach.
Soft and bland diet, small frequents meals.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
No late dinner.
Sleep for 8 hours.
No stress and/or anxiety.
These will get you alright.
