How To Treat Hyper Mobility Joint Syndrome?

i have hypermobilty joint symdrone, and have a pain meds, musle relaxers, cymblata.. i do everything to keep moving, but i stay in constant pain, in my back top to bottom, knees wrist, feet i wanna know what can i tell my doc, so that hes mre aware of how to help me

Hi,

In my opinion, if you have hypermobility syndrome then you do not need any muscle relaxant. I suggest you stop all medications for a week before consulting your doctor and tell him exactly what you feel.
