I have been diagnosed with hyper mobility and experiencing a lot of hip and knee pain to the point that I can't sleep and my feet go numb. Last year I dislocated my knee cap with out and direct trauma to the knee and I have had to have my wrist operated on due to bad pain and tendon problems. I have also been told that my legs aren't straight and need operating on to have a wedge of bone removed. I am desperate for help as I don't know how much
more of the pain I can take. If someone can please help I would be very greatful,
