Hello madam,

You have Itch in genitals and underneath the breasts. A clinical examination will reveal whether it's due to bacterial or fungal infection or due to dermatitis and that has to be treated accordingly. It is quite important at this age to rule out diabetes. Frequent cycles may be due to infection of the genital tract or fibroid uterus that needs clinical evaluation and ultrasound.
