How To Treat Itchy ,hard Looking Bites Of 4 Inch On Skin?
Yes, there are three bites similar to your first 2 pictures. They are hard, warm to the touch, very itchy. No puss or pimple looking bumps. We have gotten these type of bites before. Usually 3 at a time, with in about a 4 inch area on our body. ARe they spider or bedbugs? What do you do for the itching? They usually go away in about 2-3 days.

As per your case history you are having papular urticaria.
My treatment advice is -
1. Wear full sleeve clothes to avoid further such episodes.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
