How To Treat Itchy Inflammation On Cheeks?

Hi there,

I sometimes get an itchy inflammation on my cheeks. It does seem to be slightly raised but not bumpy. The pores in the area seem to be opening up if you look closely. This are is usually inflamed and itchy anywhere from an hour to a day. It almost always leaves me with an unsightful scar afterwords.

Any idea what it could be. Seems to get worse in the cold weather. (I live in a wintery snowy climate)
