How To Treat Itchy,red Facial Pimple?

hi, my name is mayon 25 yrs of age .. from the past 2 years till now i got lot of pimple on my face i had try a lot of treatment but nothing is improving .. and it is very itchy redness occur very fast ...last month i consult to a doctor and he gave me a medicine after i started using nothing happen ..my face become getting worse imnnot feeling comfortable infront of friends and at work place ..iam planning to use clindamycin what is your suggest doctor..

Hello,

Your symptoms can be related to acne. I suggest using an antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily. I also suggest to use an antibiotic cream such as Clindamycin cream. I also recommend using a stre cream such as Betametasone cream for local application.
