How To Treat Knot Inside Ear Oozing Yellow Pus?

i have a knot right inside my ear it hurts to touch and oozeing yellow puss I live right by a river and there r a lot of gnats and the bites seem to b worse than when im sumwere else and get a bite from one and was wondering if it could b worse now because of the location

You need to consider visiting your doctor for an assessment. You may need oral antibiotics to effectively treat the area.
A swab may be taken to determine the bacteria causing the infection and also to make sure that the bacteria will respond to the antibiotic chosen.
