OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

The cause of your problem is probably because of progesterone medicine, which is commonly prescribed after IUI. If the pain is not severe, just observe and can take paracetamol tablet, which is safe even in pregnancy. If the pain is severe, please do not ignore this and consult doctor immediately because you may need some check up to find out the cause.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
