How To Treat Leg Pain?

I have been having pain in my leg starting in my pelvic and moving to my knee and then my foot along with some swelling and random bruising. Some bruises are big and purple but most are small and yellow and disappear after a day. I also have extreme fatigue to the point where I have trouble staying awake. I was disagnoiced with IC and high blood pressure both of which I am on medication for.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

We have to rule out possible causes like a peripheral vascular disease. An ultrasound Doppler is required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
